Spring refers to a large portion of northern Harris County and a smaller portion of southern Montgomery County. However, Spring’s original town, now known as Old Town Spring, is located at the intersection of Spring-Cypress and Hardy roads. Texas has deep ties to American history, which explains why it has so many historic cities. Spring, which was founded in 1836, is one of them.

TGR Exotics Wildlife Park
TGR Exotics Wildlife Park welcomes you to the wild. TGR Exotics Wildlife Park lets you indulge your wild side by allowing you to see exotic animals.
The park has expanded from a single pot-bellied pig to a collection of nearly 100 animals for visitors to see.
Llamas, African Crested Porcupines, and Wallaroos can be found here. Similarly, TGR is unique in that the operators raise their animals themselves, demonstrating their evident love for the Earth’s creatures.

Pundt Park is a great place to go fishing. Pundt Park, one of Spring’s excellent outdoor attractions, offers a variety of activities that you can do alone or with others.

The vineyards began in 2008 with a small parcel of Blanc du Bois, a grape variety that thrives in the Gulf Coast region. Today, the vineyard has grown to three acres and produces several barrels of wine.
You can sample wines made from Blanc du Bois grapes at the vineyards. These wines have a dry texture and a fruity flavor, and they have won numerous national and international competitions. The vineyards expanded by two acres in 2015.
The vineyards are also available for special events such as weddings, so look no further if you’re looking for a truly romantic wedding venue.

Old Town Spring
Old Town Spring is a great place to learn about local history. The city’s main historical attraction is Old Town Spring.
It’s also become popular enough to be named one of Texas’ top attractions yearly. The city began as a settlement of Orcoquisac Indians who fished and hunted for a living.
They eventually began trading with French and Spanish explorers who set up trading posts in the area. The town grew into the city we know today due to industrialization.
The city decided to preserve the old town to remember its history and maintain a connection to its roots. Among the things to do in Old Town Spring is to look at the artifacts left by the first settlers at the Old Town Spring Museum. Try to walk through the entire old town and soak in history.
